Instructions for oral and poster presentations
For oral presentations there will be at maximum 15 minutes (10 presentation + discussion). In each room there will be a pc and and LCD projector available.
Presentations should be in Microsoft PowerPoint per Windows format and carried on a pen drive or CD-ROM. The presentation should be in English for foreign authors.
Posters should be placed in the morning of May 30th. Maximum dimensions are 90 (width) x 120 (hight). Posters should be in English. Authors should stay near the poster for the discussion during the coffe breaks and poster sessions (from 10.30 to 11.15 on May 30th and 31th).

| GUIDELINES COMMUNICATIONS/POSTER |
The manuscript must be prepared with a standard word processor (preferably Microsoft Word as .doc or .rtf format). Pages should be in A4 format and numbered. Times New Roman 12 pt is the advised font and lines should be 1.0-spaced and left numbered, to make the referees’ work easier.
Texts must not exceed 11.000 characters spaces for communications and 3,650 for posters, and it must fit within 3 (1 for posters) printed pages.
General norms
The paper must be structured as follows:
Title - capital and lower case letters, bold face, centred.
Authors - full name in capital and lower case letters, bold face, centred.
Current institutional affiliations of the authors - centred below the authors’ names and referred to with numeric footnotes.
Corresponding author - title, full name, postal address, telephone number, fax number and email.
Abstract - no longer than 200 words.
Key Words – maximum 4
Introduction
Material and methods
Results and conclusions
References – following the IJAS norms (www.aspajournal.it) but in succession, with first author in bold.
Tables and Figures - must be placed within the text avoiding to exceed the maximum limit of 3 printed pages for the entire manuscript.
